Christmas Receipts
As you buy things for Christmas, place all the receipts in an envelope marked "Christmas." That way if a gift needs to be exchanged, the receipt is easy to find. Less Stress, Happier Holidays.
Yep. Good one. We didn't use to do this - we kept them in the bags until wrapping time. And in the midst of the wrapping paper, tape, bags and boxes, we typically lost a receipt or two. For years now, as soon as we get the gifts home, we put the receipts into that envelope (and remember where we put the envelope). lol
Come in and sit a while. I enjoy writing about things that are important, interesting, informative or impulsive. Many things I write about have a spiritual twist and some things that are just plain twisted. God has been transforming my life for the past 30 years. My journey has taken me from the tops of 14,000 ft. mountains in Colorado to being the dad of a severely handicapped, special-needs son (and two gifted sons). My yearning is to experience the Spirit, allowing God to work through me. I love my family, friends, church and community. I hope my blog encourages and inspires others to have a deeper, more meaningful realtionship with Christ or just brings a smile to their face. Be sure to comment, whether you agree with me or not, because I like the conversation. Ya'll come back now, ya hear.
Yep. Good one.

Yes, finding the envelop is a whole other problem...but so far I am keeping track of it.
