Peach Pie So Good You'll Slap Yo' Mama

Are you tired of the same ol' same ol'? ****YAWN**** Here's a recipe that you absolutely have to try...you'll thank me later, trust me. Once you try it, you'll never go back to boring ol' pies again. Enjoy.

Peach Pie

Ingredients:

3 egg whites
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 cup sugar
12 Ritz Crackers (crushed)
1/2 cup of chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. Cool Whip
5-6 peaches

Beat egg whites until stiff. While beating egg whites, add baking powder and sugar a little at a time. Fold in crushed Ritz Crackers. Add pecans and vanilla.

Put mixture in greased pie pan and shape it into a pie crust. Cook for 30 minutes at 325 degrees.
Take out of oven. It will looked puffed up...put in refrigerator overnight. The next day, Mix sliced peaches and Cool Whip together. Fill the crust. Refrigerate an hour before serving.

Do not eat this pie while driving as it will roll your eyes into the back of your head. Allow time to catch your breathe after tasting. Make efforts to limit yourself to one piece.

  1. Creative one,

I am waiting for the spiritual discipline or gift that goes with each ingredient. Serve it up! JK :) I have to catch up on previous posts. Recipe sounds good.

  2. Let's see Susan...The egg whites are.... the sugar is...OK, I got nothing. I wish this could be a pie that you could eat and become spiritually enlightened...but sometimes a pie is just a pie. It's also good for you :)
